HOW DOES IT WORK?
The adventure begins with a panoramic walk of about 40 minutes along an ancient mule track. The scent of the Mediterranean scrub will accompany you to the entrance of the stream, where the sound of the waterfalls will replace the silence.
Once you put on your wetsuit and helmet, the magic begins:
- Adrenaline-filled jumps: wide, deep emerald pools await you for exciting jumps (always optional!).
- Natural toboggans: let yourself slide down smooth rock slides shaped by the water over thousands of years, like in a natural water park.
- Waterfalls and ropes: under the guidance of our experts, you will tackle rope descents directly beneath the waterfalls, experiencing the power of nature from a unique perspective.
For general information about the activity, download the briefing and the activity sheet.
No knowledge of rope descent techniques is required.

INFORMATION
Your safety comes first. Before every descent, our guides will hold a mandatory training briefing during which you will be instructed on:
- Environmental awareness: the objective and subjective risks related to canyoning and the mountain environment.
- Safety protocols: the essential behaviours to adopt for individual and group safety.
- Progression techniques: the correct ways to tackle jumps, rope descents and walking sections (for more details, you can download the technical documents “Briefing” and “Activity Sheet” directly from this website).
- Eco-responsibility: how to move through the canyon with the utmost respect for the local ecosystem and the flora and fauna that host us.
👨🏫 Professionals by your side
You will always be accompanied by professional canyoning guides, certified with a diploma from the Italian Canyoning Guides Association (AIGC) or equivalent qualifications. They are local experts who know how to turn a technical challenge into an experience of pure fun in complete safety.
🧒 Families and minors: who can take part?
- Recommended age: from 10 years old.
- Supervision: minors must be accompanied by a parent or an authorised adult. If minors are entrusted to third parties, written authorisation from the parents is required.
- Special Family: when water levels are optimal and depending on the children’s physical and psychological characteristics, the experience may also be open to younger children. Contact us to assess together whether it is feasible.
REQUIRED:
To take part in our activities, the following is required:
- Health condition: good general health and the absence of heart or respiratory conditions that could limit the physical effort required.
- Allergies: if you suffer from allergies and carry life-saving medication with you (such as anti-shock medication), you are required to inform the organisation and your guide in advance. Your safety is our priority.
