- Sneakers/trekking shoes for entering the water and socks for getting wet.
- No rings on the hands.
- Those who wear glasses will have to make sure to secure them to their head to avoid losing them, those who use contact lenses, preferably disposable ones with a spare pair.
- A plastic bag to store shoes, socks and anything else that will be wet after the experience.

Before entering the canyon you will be informed about the objective characteristics and risks of the canyon,
on the behaviors to adopt for the safety of all and for the respect of the environment.
You will also be trained on rope maneuvers if necessary.

- Not afraid of water.
- No heart, respiratory or allergic issues that are incompatible with physical exertion and with the canyoning environment.
